Southern Pines PD (Moore Cty)

I moved to Moore county a year or so ago and have been scanning Moore, Hoke, and Richmond counties with a few different scanners. I noticed that I never heard Southern Pines PD traffic. I am now using SDRTrunk with a Nooelect SDR and SP PD Administration (TG 32082) displays as Encrypted and I still don't see any traffic for SP PD Dispatch on TG-32083.
Is there another TG for them or are the dispatching on the Encrypted Admin TG?
