From what I gather, Northstar is dispatched on REMCS CH5 and Southstar is dispatched from Voorhees in Glouester County. I have not been able to find the freq for Southstar alerting anywhere. One website specifically stated that Southstar is dispatched on the NJSP trunked system, TG 26800. Can anyone confirm this or point me in the right direction as to obtaining the correct Freq ?

SouthSTAR is dispatched on the NJSP trunked system (talkgroup 26800), not a specific frequency. NorthSTAR is dispatched on REMCS 5 (155.2950 MHz, PL 85.4 Hz).

NorthStar is alerted for calls on 155.295 PL 85.4. A few weeks agfo there was a bad accident where I live, in Brick Twp., and our MONOC Paramedics requested the chopper. Shortly after that I heard a dispatcher on that freq. notifying them of the location and to coordinate with Brick for the LZ. In all the years I've had that frequency in, it's the first time I have ever heard anything pertaining to NorthStar on it, but it does verify that they are alerted on it.

I also have an alerting frequency of 155.835 CSQ for SouthStar. Maybe someone can verify if it is valid.

SouthSTAR used to be dispatched on 155.3850 MHz (Unknown PL/DPL, if there was one). They are completly on the NJSP TRS now. PennSTAR is currently dispatched on 155.3850 MHz, with a PL tone of 100.0 Hz.
