Does anybody know what a 21A is? I believe it has something to do with Drugs but not sure. Thanks

Hello. As discussed in another area earlier this year, this is a profiling system for them. The 21 means the age of the driver & the A-Z means things like the car was searched, occupants, etc. I'm supposed to get this info soon (was to have it earlier this year but missed the person) Hope this helps you out. When I have more info it'll be posted. Joe.....

Thanks for the info. From Troop C the only one I hear is 21A. It is like a 13 is a Drunk Driver and they always bring a 21A to the troop too. I just started to hear this too.

I think 21A refers to the section of the Connecticut General Statutes that pertains to narcotics.

21A is a section of the CT state statutes that has many different subsections or whatever the terminology is. In short, and for the purposes of the scanner listeners, it is Drug Possesion. Not limited to narcotics either.
