HI all,
I bought a used 396XT off of someone and it works great but there is one thing it's missing. I have no idea what it's called, but there is a small plastic piece that goes under the metal button for the belt clip on the back of the scanner. That piece is on my 346XT but not on my 396 and I presume that is why i'm haivng such a hard time getting the belt clip on and off (I have to make the button very loose, and even then it's a struggle to get it in and out of the belt clip, not like the 346 where it slides with just a bit of extra pressure).
Does anyone know what piece I am talking about and what it is called?
