I'm hearing Spartanburg County Fire Dispatch loud and clear on 158.910/123.0 PL. Is this an image of 154.310/85.4 PL or is this actually a simulcast of 154.310?

Okay, sounds like a simulcast. I'm out of range of Whitney and Hilltop mobile units but I'm hearing them on 158.910

I hear them loud and clear on tac 1 if they used Unit radio and if they used WT i can't pick them up on fire ground i live about a mile from Whitney Station. i can't locate any fcc lic on 158.910

It's back now. Signal is weaker than 154.310

In addition it is listed on page 7 of the 2011 Edition of the Upstate Scanner Frequency Directory for SCDC as a search / work release surveillance / hostage usage. This freq has been verified for SCDC surveillance usage in the Simpsonville area by ME. No info is listed for what you are hearing.
