Speaker for 436HP

Anyone know where I can find a replacement speaker for the Uniden 436HP? Having a heck of a time locating one on line...thanks guys

Twice in the the two months I've owned my 436, the speaker has blown. After a three week wait for a 10 minute fix, I'll have had my radio in the shop for 6 weeks out of the 10 or so I've owned it. When my speaker went out (on my SDS100) I opened up the case, measured it and googled up the markings on it. Found one on Amazon for a couple bucks, had it the next day. Don't bother having uniden as part of the search term.

Desoldered the old one, soldered in the new one. Been fine ever since.
