Speaker hum

Some of them hum on their own without an external speaker, I believe they will fix it if its humming on their own, not sure on the external one unless the jack your plugging it into is causing it. They may replace the jack perhaps
It hums through the internal speaker the same as the external one.
Yeah then they'll fix it , mine does some too I just haven't sent it in yet
I sent mine in a week before the 1 year warranty was up. So far the hum is gone.

Last I knew their fix is not exactly the fix I proposed to production, but it is electrically nearly identical and should cure the hum.
They may have changed their fix in the last couple years to match production.
Would it be possible to know what is causing the hum and what the fix is?
Display board is not grounded correctly with the main board...
SDS100/SDS200: - My SDS200 HUM fix
Here are my 2 cents on this hum issue.. I took the cover off and I do have a factory installed NMP200 so I removed it.. The hum did get much more noticeable! So I took it all apart to see what, if anything could be done and here are my findings: The NMP200 simply connects the "screen ground"...
I did the fix myself...
