I am trying to find out what are the speaker mics used by LAPD, LASD, and LASPD(Los AngelesSchool Police). I looking for one that school police uses mostly that has a small antenna on the speaker mic. next to the antenna is a ear piece jack and next to that is a volume control knob. Thank You

It's called a public safety speaker mic.

In my experience, speaker-mics -- especially the ones with antennas on them -- are manufacturer specific.

Are all those agencies using the same radio? Or did they special order all their radios to use the same speaker mic? Both of those options seem a bit unlikely to me, but you never know; Big Governments sometimes do that sort of thing, thinking that Economy of Scale works better than it seems to turn out to do...
