Special Communication Equipment for Inauguration

I just saw on the news up here that one of the bases around here has special communications equipment for the inauguration. they said that it could connect the public safety, EMT's, Fire, Army with each other whether it be landline, portable radio or VoIP.
anyone have any additional info on it?

I saw a simular story or the same on the national guard unit deploying with their equipt.

Just a thought....

Could be a Viper system by Telex or possibly an AUC 2000 by Raytheon they would both do the trick. Just pure speculation on my part.
