I've ID'd the following talk groups so far:
0-01-025 Airport parking shuttle (uses letters for parking rows)
0-02-008 Concrete Company
0-02-011 Possibly ambulance service
0-02-028 Towing Company
0-03-027 Medical Courier Service
0-03-053 Gravel/Landscape Delivery
0-03-054 Gravel/Landscape Delivery (sounds like same company as previous TGID)
0-05-016 Towing Company (this is a different company than above)
0-10-155 Alb. Academy Security

0-02-061 has short data bursts

The 0-XX-253 TGs appear to be IDs of some type. On 0-11-253 there is a Morse code ID for the system.

I didn't see the talk groups 0-01-066 or 0-01-067 that are listed in the RR database. The list above was from 120 hours of ID Search time. I concur with TG 0-02-014 and 0-06-003 both being Airport Parking Shuttles as listed in the RR database

I'll update as soon as I ID more talk groups. Please contribute to checking these out by adding or adjusting and posting to the thread.

I was. Now I'm using ARC996Pro to scan the groups and to log the audio. I'm trying to break it sown into chunks so I can review the audio each evening and determine the TG purpose.

I didn't see the talk groups 0-01-066 or 0-01-067 that are listed in the RR database.

I just added 01-066. It seems they only run when events are going on @ popejoy hall. Also, I added 067 recently as well.

One of these days I'm going to sit @ the airport and see what companies are "approaching the rack."
