SPEN interference

Anyone hearing what sounds like some kind of digital transmissions on the SPEN frequency. 154.68
I'm hearing it in central NJ and western RT78 area.

might not even be NJ as I have not been able to decode it to know who it is, Not sure if its P25 , I'm not seeing a NAC code.

If anyone is hearing it can you please advise of the location. Thanks

I heard the radio techs on the air yesterday and they were looking for the cause. I never heard what the end result was.
