I would recommend this site as well as Radioreference.com. At Mark's Scanners, you can find quite a bit of information and an easier to read manuals. It has been a great site for me.

The easiest way is to buy the Win96 programming software. Look under software in the wiki. It makes it easy to program and add/change any time you want.
