Spotsylvania ProVoice upgrade - Anything new on this?

Personally I haven't heard anything more on this, as far as how it is progressing. Anyone else?? At the moment, they may be more focused on the rebanding issue, and the requirement to drop some of their frequencies down 15 MHz in order to comply.

Nothing new here about provoice that I know of.

I was told recently by a member of the communications committee that money is the major issue with the whole upgrade. More towers are needed for the upgraded system, which seems to be the "norm" for most trunked systems, where the original system is built with minimal towers to cut cost. The thought process seems to be that they will come back for upgrades and can get more towers at the same time.
