Spotsylvania talk groups?

Anyone else seeing unknown talk groups on the spotsy simulcast group? Just in the last few days I've logged the following. Most of the traffic seems to be some sort of surveillance/undercover/investigative traffic.

The ones that begin with "i" are not talk groups, they are Unit IDs.

I do know that this past week all the radios have had their ID changed on this system. This comes indirectly from someone inside the system.

Have been listing for about two hours now and have heard the dispatcher working with a supervisor (I do believe) asking Deputy's whom radio in sometimes to re-key-up or to re-key. I am taking it that they are working to get their radios id's in order. Normally the last three numbers of the radio ID have been the unit's actual call number, but lately the numbers have not matched up to what is showing on their end, and also noticed that the unit's they asked to do a re-key have not had ANY numbers show up while transmitting!

Just what I have noticed in the past couple hours of casual listing to those fine men and women of Spotsylvania.
