SKYWARN advanced spotter since 2002 non ham right now but working on it. got it while on the E.M.A. where i use to live. for the 2 ppl askin on how to get SKYWARN training go to your local Emergency Management Agency ( E.M.A. ) they useulay have the training once or twice a year or your local ham radio club. the training is free to any emergency services or to the public. you may also check out the national weather service website and see if they have a page that lists the training for your area.
