SPR 800 Programing

I should be receiving my new PSR 800 scanner in the mail any day now. Not being the brightest bulb on the tree, would you suggest having someone more savvy programming it before I get frustrated and send the scanner airmail across the room.

Learn to use both the radio user interface and the EZ Scan software to program the radio first -- it's really designed to make it easy to program by simply importing systems and channels. Unless you're looking for some special programming, you'll probably find you can do it yourself without too many problems.

I agree with troymail... the radio is easy enough to program on your own, that you shouldn't have any problems.

But if you do have questions, there are a great group of people here more than willing to help you out.
