Springfield Fire moves to STARCOM21 (from local P25 system)

Springfield Fire Department, which has been operating on the Springfield P25 system, appears to have move to STARCOM21.

This P25 system has been operating since 2016 and was not connected to SC21. It looks like now CWLP and Public Works departments will be left on the system and presumably used for back-up to SC21.

Sangamon County Rural Fire agencies will eventually be on STARCOM21 too.
At least 1 new site is already under construction.

I'm told the City owned system had an antenna damaged in a recent storm and the repair time is extended. Movement to SC21 is temporary.
