Ahh....Always getting baffeled by those darn homonyms..
Was thinking the other type of ordnance..

In Philly( where I migrated from) they were referred to as
the Neighborhood ServicesUnit..Or NS1 NS2..ect...Same
responsibilities..Different flavor..
