Anyone know anything about the Springfield Public Works radio system? As far as I know it is VHF and many Motorola Maxtrac's. Why they are not on the Springfield/Greene County system I don't know, it must be money. I'm looking for freq. and what they are used for, that sort of thing.

At the bottom of the page is two links. Click on the one that says:

Display Unidentified FCC Licenses for County: Greene

This will show you all of the .. well ummm .. unidentified :) frequencies in Greene County. Plug them into your scanner and see what you get!

Be sure to submit what you find to the RRBD so that others can benifit.

Good luck!

Springfield Public Works

Springfield Public Works still operates on VHF. The repeater output is on 158.820, input is 156.000. I do not know the PL tone. They are quite busy, so I keep them locked out of my scanner and can't really tell you what all to expect to hear.

Have you submitted this for inclusion in the RRDB?!

Anything else missing that you know about? ;)
