I was able to her the SP's patrolling I91 buy not lately> I have changed to the newest frequencies with no luck. Any help out there?

Scanner needs to be able to do P25 trunking
Scanner needs to have the newer firmware (perhaps not the latest but not older than 2 years or so)
Scanner needs to have systems programmed in correctly (depends on brand/model of scanner)
New MSP Troop B system is a trunked P25 system.

Which Zone are you trying ??

Zone 18 the Analog or one of the new P25 Zones ???
