Springfield: Stolen Vehicle From Dealership

Springfield PD looking for a 2013 Honda CRZ, white in color, stolen from a dealership on US 22 aprox 1min after being off loaded from the delivery transport. Vehicle has no plates, vinyl protective covers on hood, mirrors and doors, plastic on seats, and reportedly an odometer reading of 4mi. No visual or contact at this time.

There is a professional crew running around north jersey ripping off tons of new 2010-2013 cars of all types but especially Benz's-Jags-Range Rovers-Denalis. these guys have help someone is getting keys and pin numbers for keys for these cars and know where the the cars live. They are being shipped out of the US at the port

Apparently this one was easy, since the keys were reportedly in it, having just come off the truck. I did hear that though this am that it's suspected to be tied to the same ring that's been pulling dealership jobs, and now they also suspect ties with the Lincoln Tunnel high-end carjackings and so called "not a scratch" gunpoint jobs in Newark along 21/1&9/22.

Task Forces seem to believe it's all gang related, on a really sophisticated level.

That car was long gone before it got 2 blocks. This is where an armed citizen could turn the tables pretty quickly. Unfortunately the local gov's in that area don't believe in it. Like Mayor Doomburg, and they would rather have an unarmed populace and try and look like the hero's when they try and stop this kind of crap. BTW carjacking can be a Fed Death Penalty crime.

Pennsylvania state police just busted a ring here doing the same thing. they have the goods on them showed on tv the cars in the shipping boxes.
