COLORADO SPRINGS - A man driving the wrong way on I-25 has reportedly led to a head-on collision in the south bound lanes of I-25 at Garden Of The Gods.
A witness tells NEWSCHANNEL 13 a man driving north bound in the south bound lanes hit another car head-on.
KRDO says Two people have been taken to the hospital, their conditions are not known.

The investigation is in the very early stages, however one thing police are looking at is the possibility the driver was experiencing some kind of medical emergency. At this point they are not ruling out any possibilities.
South bound I-25 is now closed. Vehicles are being diverted from the area. Stay with krdo.com for up to the minute information.
