Sq-wait psr-310

It was suggested to set squelch wait to 5-7 ... but I dont see an option to do so in the expert settings. Is this something that I am only able to do with software?

I go "program>glob" to get to expert settings but I dont see an option for SQ-WAIT?? I see "search delay" which is set to 20... is that the value I want to change to 5-7?

Thanks alot, I missed the function. So in layman terms, by lowering the squelch rate to 7, what have I done? Has that made it more or less sensitive?
