I programmed an old scanner last night to scan through some FBI frequencies and I set up Scanner Recorder on my computer. The scanner I used often receives images. When I played back the recording, I heard this. It apparently is a mobile transmitting into a repeater input because I cannot hear headquarters. The MDC-1200 decodes to 446. Also, they are using a DPL. Anyone know who this is? Thanks.
