Squeaky new with a question about Wayne County Michigan

Hi everyone...I'm brand spankin new to scanning, as well as to this forum...I guess I did things a little backwards, I purchased my scanner, and then found out what kind of system is local... I will have within the next day or so, a Uniden BC796D. I live in Allen Park, Michigan, which is south of Detroit. Detroit I believe, is not digital. Where I live, Southeast Wayne County, in the "Police Call Frequency Guide", it says Southeast Wayne County uses Project 25 Digital, and Eastern Wayne County uses Project 25 Digital Trunking. Will I be able to pick these up with the Uniden BC796D? If this is a really dumb question, I apologize...

The 796 will work just fine for all of these systems. The only one it won't work on is the system being installed in Oakland County (OpenSky)

Detroit will be going Digital soon (some of it already is, but won't be fully operational until the FCC grants the license). With the exception of Oakland County, pretty much all of SE Michigan will be P25 Digital within the next two years according to the reports I've read.
