SRECS Talkgroup Questions

Hello all.

I am programming an XTS 5000 to non-affiliate scan on the SRECS system for a buddy. I have a couple questions about a few talkgroups and their use. I’m not in Spokane county so I haven’t listened to it much. 1st question: How often does the “Law Emergency” TG get used? Is it used as an emergency button TG or for events? Second question: How often does the SCSO “Countywide Alert” TG get used and what is it’s purpose? Last question: How often does the “Kootenai Mutual Aid” TG get used?

Any info is greatly appreciated.

i monitor the spokane area everyday. the 3 talk groups that you asked about i haven't heard anything on them before. i haven't heard anything about this area going to phase 2
