Some 4-digit non-digital channels have been popping up on the SRRCS non-P25 system. They sound like fire training channels. I THINK it might be the Cosumnes CSD Fire Department Training Facility (who recently started a new academy class).

5808 - Referred to on-air as "OPS-1"
5840 - Referred to on-air as "OPS-2"
5904 - Didn't hear a "channel name" but similar radio ID's appeared.

When one is used, typically they're all used, one or two for a command channel and one or two for tactical channels.

The Radio ID that are popping up are in the 3xxxx range (fire 3x range, not SSD 3x portable range).

I am running Unitrunker today (they're popping up today) to see if I can narrow down the radio IDs being used (and see if they pop up elsewhere or are radios dedicated to these channels/training).

If you can provide a better radio ID range I can possibly tell you who it is.

That's what I figure based on the radio IDs. Now I just need to figure out the use for those channels, since they also use the FIRE T zone for training. My guess is their academy.
