St. Charles Christmas Traditions

Any suggestions on frequencies to monitor for the St. Charles Christmas Traditions events, since the police use encrypted channels? Does this event share any communication gear with the Festival of the Little Hills, which uses a repeater at 159.525 MHz and an 88.5 PL tone? I imagine the radio traffic would be minimal but didn't know if anybody had some suggestions.

I'll post it for future reference: Christmas Traditions is developed and produced by the City of St. Charles - Convention and Visitors Bureau, whereas the Festival of the Little Hills is a nonprofit corporation, exclusive of the city. So, they aren't using the same communications equipment/frequencies. I'll bring my scanner to the festival and see if I can find anything noteworthy and submit the info to RR if I do.
