St. Charles City and other agencies for Presidential Visit

I wanted to let everyone know what frequencies and talk groups I have heard used for the Presidential Visit today.

St. Charles City is using (Non Digital) Talk Groups 800 MHZ System

32912 - Alarm Panel Group, MESI, Interior
32784 - Operations Various Command Groups

The only related traffic I heard, was Lambert Airport, using 10552 as a Special Detail for runway security/police.

I have now assumed that 10551 is Spec Det 1 and 10552 is Spec Det 2.
