hey i am wondering if anyone can help me with this issue I haven't been able to hear them for a few weeks now i see the station hit but its like there buzzing i do have a uniden bcd536hp and a sds100 scanner both oracting the same wy can anyone tell me what the issue is or did they get a new system and we cant monitor them anymore

They went fully encrypted back in October along with Wentzville and St Peters PD so far. Nothing you can do to receive them.
