Appears that St Charles County is working on going dark soon. Hearing dispatch on EM-2 (27017) and court officers on EM-7 (27022)

The O'Fallon City Council budgeted money to upgrade/replace radios in 2023 and will likely go encrypted once they are received.

Another overspending measure..... The radios are not that old. Seems funny they are following since they have been in the spotlight for using the buddy buddy system. One true agency that should always be transparent due to their agency issues within.

Yep, same here.
I suspect we will see the two remaining holdouts start showing up on the EM TGs some time in the near future as they reprogram.

There is still some clear traffic on EM2 but it's rather rare now. Probably some radios missed that are still in use possibly.
