I'm new here and new with a scanner.
I'm trying to find the St. Francis PD frequency. Anyone know it?

Go to Databases on the menu bar at the top of the page. Select Frequency Database then your state and county. That's assuming you are in the USA. You didn't say where St. Francis is.

I did that. They have nothing listed for the St. Francis Minnesota PD. I was hoping there were some frequency gurus on this sight that know the "unlisted" frequencies.

All Anoka County agencies use the ARMER P25 Trunking system. You will need a P25 Trunking scanner to listen to them. You can find the database info here,
https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=3508

St Francis PD, is dispatched on the Anoka County Sheriff North Talkgroup. They also have two channels for their own use, but I have rarely heard them on it. 856 - St Francis Police Car to Car and 858 St Francis Police Administrative

If you look in the Anoka County Wiki, you will find most of the numbering information for the county to listen for.
