Any chance you have an audio recording?
May be NXDN or P25

The EMS repeater is setup as dual-mode: NFM and P25. It sounds like they are using the P25 option now. None of the law or fire agencies are planning to use P25 at this point, just NFM (analog).

I don't have a recording. I will have to check with a p25 scanner. Might be tricky to get up in StL.

I just tried using a digital scanner 396xt. Did not receive any signal at all however, my old 895xlt did receive the digital sound. My guess is it was DMR or NXDN. Someone else will have to figure it out.

The St Francois Ambulance district is using 155.1975 and 155.100 as P25. I have set them as a P25 single Frequency with each freq as a site and it seems work.

Does anyone know if the civil defense (tornado siren activation thing) frequency changed? I waited for the test at 12 and didn’t hear anything on 156.180.
