Very, very poor reception and all garbled 24/7. Have not been able to understand almost every conversation constantly for several years. Low listeners due to these issues. Hand held scanners are the same way. And it seems no one listens to customer issues and resolves these problems jn tbe area.

Have you contacted the feed provider directly?

If there is a problem with handheld scanners and the feed it sounds like it is the radio system itself. If it works for the radio users ok that is all that matters. They don't use their radios to broadcast to the public. Some systems are difficult to receive on scanners. This is a simulcast system which can involve Simulcast Digital Distortion
