ST. LOUIS -- St. Louis County Council Chairwoman Hazel Erby, D-University City, plans to introduce a bill on Tuesday in the council for a countywide election on Nov. 3 for a 0.1-sales tax to finance a countywide emergency communication system.

Corruption at its finest

This is another example of a broken system attempting to skim off a little more before the bottom falls out or the plug is finally pulled. My relatives that have been civil servants(cops) for 20 years tell me that the reason for these elaborate radio systems are: the puppet "officials" get a great cash kick back from the high bidder and criminal cops do not want you to here them doing their criminal acts while on duty. After 32+ years of listening to the corruption with various receivers I obviously knew that. Start to look at all the credit that is in off budget accounts collecting interest while you hear that the budget is broke. What a scam! Read any CAFR on your local government or better yet look at the state CAFR's. The entire economic system needs to be scrapped if we want any chance of not being under a one world government controlling all the toilet paper currencies.
