Longtime RR member who hasn't posted in a while so please excuse my ignorance on this question which may seem redundant to others.
I recently relocated to the St. Charles area, but my company's HQ is very close to the Spirit Airport in Chesterfield. Today, one of my coworkers informed me that a Chesterfield local purchased a Russian MIG fighter jet and flies it in and out of the Spirit airport, as a hobby perhaps?? What radio communication protocol would they be required to follow since it is not used for military purposes? Just curious.
