So this afternoon I happen to catch some transmissions and what sounded like someone countiniously keying up (did not sound like simplex). I know at one point MSP and the Sheriffs department had it patched together (great listening) but it seemed once MSP switched over to the new 700 radios the frequency went silent. Could they be turning it back on to patch with the new system ? Anyone know if we will ever get back what we once had ?
