You might want to try the FCC data base again. There have been a number of changes to the general hospital situation in Passaic.
What was General Hospital of Passaic became Passaic Beth Israel, the old BI being demolished. Passaic Beth Israel then became PBI Regional Medical Center. PBI Regional Medical Center was acquired by St. Marys. The original St. Marys Hospital is up for sale.
Therefore try looking at the FCC license database for Beth Israel Passaic and PBI Regional Medical Center.
