What system is the best to monitor SPFD? I have not been able to pick them up at all on the Ramsey system. I have been using the city center system with mixed results.

Have you changed the Ramsey control channels to the rebanded ones? If not check out the other posts for Ramsey County.

Were you able to receive Ramsey County until around Thursday last week? If so, hobbyhoser175 is correct. The Ramsey County system changed their frequencies towards the end of last week as part of the rebanding project.

Reband St paul

Just wondering where st.paul moved to
nothing there since last thursday prev, getting st.paul pd info,east west,chan 4,,paremedic
FD 4-13,disp east and west
not sure if i just add addit control chanels.?. BCD996T

You need to go into your Ramsey County/St Paul system and change the control channels to the following:

852.0875
853.3625
853.7125
853.7625

i did have have those in for ramsey co.
still a little confused about how digital frequ works,this is my first digital scanner
i just to receive every thing that i can from new brighton with back of the set antenna
live in an apartment
