St Paul Police Freqs

I was trying to create a Win500 files for Minneapolis/St Paul. There doesn't appear to be any St Paul police frequencies. Am I just not seeing these and they are there or are they not there?

ARMER Trunked system is where all that stuff is now i believe... No more analog VHF.
