Trying to track down SPPD chanel 3, guessing car to car. Have Channel 4. Tried Radio Ref, possible either missed or I didn't recognize it. I had frequencies labeled "police" installed and all of them were digitized. Not sure if they are encrypted. Most likely I have a bad antenna in a poor location.
OOps! forgot - Looking for SPPD TAC frequencies. I have tac 1 but nothing else is listed. Suggestions?
Can anyone help with this?
