the last several times i been in lima i always throw in all the hospital security like channels and havent heard any talk on the lima memorial and st ritas frequencies. maybe wasnt close enough or didnt stay long enough. i need a contact that lives around lima who can monitor the hospital security freqs, all the old hi-band police, fire, street department, school frequencies to see what is still active. im looking for the juvenile facility, water department, mall related, sheriff swat, police swat.
