Stafford County is getting hit by flooding this evening. Several cars have stalled in high water on the roads. An attempted rescue is underway for a person still in a vehicle surrounded by water at Widewater Road and Decatur Road. Units on the scene report that the water is too rapid for their hovercraft; they are requesting a Zodiak boat. Company 5 (Brook) has been paged to bring a zodiak.
