These two new channels showed up in the fcc database for this system. Can anyone confirm if they are now part of the overall system?

I may have found the answer in the FCC license modification files. They will be or have added two new 700mhz frequencies to the lineup. I don't think the 800mhz frequencies are part of the system any longer. I deleted them from my scanner. Seems like the Rappahannock Regional Solid Waste Management (regional landfill agency) wants to join the system.
