Looks like Stafford County Fire and Rescue has moved the Dispatch channel from Phase 1 to Phase 2 as of today, July 28th. They had previously moved the Incident channels to Phase 2. It was bound to happen... Tom M sends

It’s pretty good for them actually, it makes more space on the system. Each frequency has 2 slots and the audio is crisper…..
