Simply put it's because an admin is doing something he is not supposed to be doing (it's against policy to add unknown info).

I have to laugh at the RIDs that get added as TGs.

Joe,

It can't be any funnier than the wealth of information that you've submitted. Oh wait, you haven't submitted a wealth of information. You just linger around criticizing everyone else's submitted data.

Incidentally, I removed TG 143, 149 and 166. I didn't add them. I don't know who did. but those were 100% unidentified (not even a use identified). Those did not belong.

Within the past two weeks I picked up a new Triconnex site on 454 mhz but forgot to mark down the frequency. It was a Site in the 20s and the control channel was between 454.000 and 454.850. So, somebody out in Allegheny / Indiana / Fayette / etc areas should scan 454-455 mhz and see if you can find a new DMR site online for TriConnex. It would be System ID 145 and a site in the 20s

See two previous posts in reference to Rochester Mills PA site and Pennsboro WV site.

Nothing on Mt. Washington in that range

Do you mean nothing at all, or nothing new? Because there are sites over in PA with 454 mhz control channels. I would have expected you to be able to pick up one of them from Mt Washington. Then again, maybe you are using a ducky, in which case that might not be true.

Thanks for checking!

I suspect the site I picked up was Rochester Mills. Now, if we could only convince somebody in PA who can pick up Rochester Mills traffic to investigate. That's a tough sell.

Yeah. Im on the back sude of Mt. Washington so its iffy on what i can get. Still on a the hill but the north sites are harder than south ones. I get Pittsburgh, Glassport, New Ken, and sometimes Washington. And yes i am using a rubber duck (RS 800).

Also found a new TG (25826). They have used iCalls too. They talk about picking people up and dropping them off. TG 133 sounds like an elderly or non emergency medical transport. TG 182 sounds like a tow company possibly.

Source and Destination sounds like. Radio ID 25818 initiated the call to ID number 25828.

Now why didnt i think of that, seems simple haha. BTW. TG 25828 is a transport company. Seems the base UID is same as TG. Also TG 143 is dealing with concrete.

Active frequencies with unconfirmed LCNs have been moved to the Wiki

Hi Folks,

In some cases there were frequencies listed under a particular site which (a) were confirmed to be active but (b) we did not have the confirmed LCN. These frequencies have been moved to the wiki.

I would encourage people to go to TRIconneX Connect Plus (WV-PA-OH) Trunking System, WV-PA-OH, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies and then click on the Wiki link to see what frequencies are known to be active on a particular site but which don't have the LCN confirmed.

I'd ask that any of you who are savvy in determining LCN order and/or finding new/active frequencies for a site look at both (a) the site licenses under each site and (b) the information in the wiki. With that information you can help update the database by tracking down new frequencies that might be active on a site as well as determine their LCN.

The unconfirmed LCNs had to be removed from the database, as having them listed in the database caused issues with proper trunktracking of the sites when people would program those sites into their scanner.

Thanks

Mike

Also,

For Site 11 (Canton Twp / Washington PA)

LCN 1 463.25 - CC
LCN 2 454.125 - CC
LCN 3 463.975
LCN 4 463.800 - CC
LCN 5 454.275

This site has been online for a long time . But I noted a while back that the CC changed. And apparently LCN order has changed to.

need somebody to conirm the LCN order above by programming the above into a DMR scanner (preferably a BCD436/536) in the exact order given, and then listen for a couple days and see if it appears to be tracking correctly.

Thanks
