I think this is a STANAG transmission on 6400 khz. Not positive though. Received in Molokai Hawaii.

More likely OTHR (Over-The Horizon-Radar) or some other signal. Please (everyone), post signals wishing to be identified in SSB move, AM is generally useless for analysis.

Sorry, when I heard the AM, I did not listen further as I have done that with other posts to only hear more AM. Posting SSB generally is all you need do. I cannot receive it here in Virginia. I wish someone could provide and SDR waterfall as that is what is now needed.
