19Tac1 - heavy traffic in which "Shaun" is demanding Coors beer & cigarettes from Blue Ridge Grocery.
He is in possession of a portable and in a tyrant of profanity, he called most of Jefferson Co's law enforcement numerous names.
I have been able to ID general location as Blue Ridge mountain area east of Charlestown.
Units involved ID'd as 623 (negotiator) and Jeff. Co Sheriff at present.
Approx 1000 hrs - tech disabled suspects portable. Suspect called 911 center Jeff Co and demanded radio be turned back on and his cigarettes NOW! When U623 told dispatcher to tell suspect to pick up the phone so negotiator could talk to him, suspect advised that new negotiater is the dispatcher.
1030 hrs. - Suspect has walked out onto the porch to retrieve something. Comm traffic between dispatch and officer(s) at scene now primarily cell. They are attempting to contact a magistrate with no success currently.
