Standoff &/or Hostage Situation Frederick Co

At 12:40am Tuesday

Coming home from work caught wind of a situation developing on Frederick Co Sheriff's Dispatch 1 & Command channels.

Spoke of 20+ guns, at least some are long guns, available in several rooms in the house.

Speak of a 'victim' on a cell phone, which makes me think there is a hostage, or better said someone stuck in the house with the suspect.

Ambo called for standby at Mountville Road and Mar-Lu Ridge Road. I think the house is on Mar Lu Ridge Rd.

'Victim' is attempting to escape now by climbing onto a greenhouse

Sorry I knocked out before resolution. I think I heard the hostage get out around 12:50a. Up early to get the kids on the bus and off to work...
