StarCom Ottawa Tower T134 "Down"?

Since around noon yesterday I've noticed that I haven't received anything on T134. Pro96Com has logged very little traffic, and none of it seems to be from a dispatch console It looks like the "neighbors" are "connected" but "stale". I'm curious now about other sites

Ottawa has been dropping in and out of isolation mode for about the past month or so. It's currently been staying in isolation mode for a good week now.

Side note, about a hour ago 6 sites dropped offline for a minute or so. 1.5 1.11 1.26 1.32 1.47 1.48 (Ashton, Rockford, Kane, Oregon, DeKalb city & Boone County). After coming back online, they all went into isolation for a brief couple seconds and then went back to normal

Seems like it's back up, within the last 5 minutes or so.

I wonder if it's for strictly testing, or upgrading their equipment, i.e., consoles for encryption, etc.?

Starcom is patching at the master sites.
You saw the rollover of the Zone Controller to the backup so they could patch the Main.
Will be another rollover around 2:40 to make the Main ZC active again

No Ottawa tower has been in isolation since yesterday morning, ISP been having alot of issues because of it
